AB A  78-year-old  woman  presents  with  wrist  pain  after  falling  on  her  outstretched  arm.  There  is  a  dorsally  displaced  deformity  at  the  area  of  tenderness  (Figure  1).  Distal  neurovascular  function  is  intact.
