AB CT  interpretation  is  most  efficient  when  specific  findings  related  to  the  patient’s  clinical  presentation  are  sought.  In  patients  with  head  trauma,  first,  look  for  large  subdural,  epidural,  or  intracerebral  hematomas  that  require  emergency  surgical  treatment.
