AB Eyelid  lacerations  should  always  prompt  a  thorough  search  for  associated  injury  to  the  globe,  penetration  of  the  orbit,  or  involvement  of  other  adnexal  structures  (eg,  lacrimal  glands,  canaliculi,  puncta).  Depending  on  the  mechanism  of  injury,  a  careful  exclusion  of  FB  is  important.
